BLOG FAQ

Why “behind my crooked glasses”?

The reason behind the title is a bit amusing. I am legally blind. If I’m not wearing any transparent contacts, I wear my crooked glasses. Yes, crooked. A few months (probably 2-3) after I buy a new pair of glasses, there’s always an incident that results to it being crooked. Examples of incidents include the following: I accidentally sat, stepped or rolled over it. I know. I’m careless.:( If there is one thing good about it, it has become one of my trademark. Maybe it’s the very reason why I chose it to be the title of my blog.

Behind my crooked glasses simply means peeking into it and seeing how I see the world. It may be different from how you see it but I guess that’s the beauty of uniqueness. You might be surprised that even if you see it as black, I’ll perceive it as white or vice versaJ

What is this blog all about?

Honestly, I’m not so sure myself. All I want is to share my ideas, opinions, thoughts, and feelings. Mind you, the act of sharing what is within my brain is a total contradiction to my introvert personality. Stir.J Going back, I think that this blog would open you up to renkei’s world. I’ll talk about anything and everything under the sun. I’ll touch topics from the most insignificant events and facts about my life and environment to the most interesting information about Cebu, the Philippines, and the world. This blog will be written in English, Filipino, and of course, Cebuano depending on my mood.
